Summer scheduling can be tricky with family getaways - camping, cottages and travels, and people visiting from out of town.
Many kids still want to spend time here at the Homestead and can’t commit to a full week of Summer Day Camp or to a full series.
To give kids a chance to experience The Homestead this summer, we dreamed up the Summer Drop-In series.
How will your kids spend their day?
Your kids will keep cool in the shade of canopied forests, explore, build forts, create land art, play games and head back to base camp to craft, read and cool off with water games.
They may wander through the herb garden, get to know the plants and prepare delicious treats, like iced teas and popsicles!
Plus they may hang out in the veggie garden, get their hands in the soil and snack on some garden goodies.
If it rains, it may dampen things, but not the vibe.
Your kids will play games, hang out in the puddles, craft, and enjoy a reprieve from the summer heat with hot tea and time around the fire - if the rains allow for it.
We never fall short of activities and things to do.
Plus your kids always have the best ideas and we do our best to include how they’d like to spend their time too.
Your kids get to live in the moment, and spend time connecting with nature while having a whole lotta fun.
How does it work?
Check out the dates.
Cherry pick the days that work for you and your family
